The Health Dangers of a Microwave

It may seem as if it's another one of those silly warnings. Experts are taking advantage of scaring the public with a number of health threats here and there. Heating food via a microwave oven is convenient and when the time came that majority of the population have depended on the method, they go out and tell them off about it.First off, it's absurd to even consider taking precautionary measures on microwave food. You may wonder what the reason behind it is. After all, it's similar to the process of cooking. It appears silly to take the warning seriously because you can hardly find any difference between microwave-readied and any other method of preparing your food.If you don't look at the matter closely, you would never figure out a distinction. From a far point of view, you wouldn't find out that in fact, it's much safer to have food heated in a way other than through an oven. You can easily brush the warning off and think that there's possibly no rational explanation for microwave being dangerous. It's a way to cook food. There is nothing to be afraid of.One of the reasons is that the electromagnetic heat of microwaves alters the chemistry of food. The terms sound too highfalutin but it's what researches imply. Heat is used differently which is known to affect the health. The way that food is cooked in an oven has long-term effects on the body including a damaged digestive system, poor blood circulation, and a weaker immune system.Clearly, you're better off with food that underwent another process. Instead of having the easy way to prepare your meal, try to take the time and cook it manually. All you wanted was to satisfy your craving for edibles but you ended up with complications. You may not experience the effects but allow years to go by and you'll sense that you're in trouble.Other dangers include distorted protein molecules, a reduction in vital enzymes, creation of new and unnatural compounds, decrease in nutritional value, and many more. You don't want them, at all. In the long run, you don't fancy any consequences. If long-term effects are not scary enough, then, be informed that it can also cause food poisoning. Whenever you heat food in a microwave oven, it gets processed unevenly and you end up with hot and cold spots. The portion where there is no heat can be dangerous as bacterial growth can initiate. Salmonella can come up and it can be toxic.Be alarmed and don't be so quick to dismiss the dangers. It ma seem odd to do things another way when there is a method that makes it much more convenient for you. All you need to do is just put food in a machine and it will be prepared in a snap. It can be easy that way but the last thing you want is for complications to arise. By using heating alternatives, you can eliminate all the dangers.

One 24 oz. jar of your favorite pasta sauce
Two cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
16 oz. low fat cottage cheese

You can microwave it too, for an easy, frozen, fix ahead meal.It is not necessary to add any salt or oil to this recipe. It tastes great just the way it is.For the salad, this is what you will need:One head Romaine lettuce
One red onion
One large tomato
Japnese rice vinegar in your favorite flavor
Fresh black pepperTear the lettuce into bitesize pieces. Cut the tomato into bitesize chunks. Slice the onion into thin circles. The rice vinegar is almost calorie free but has a lot of flavor, making this a low fat salad. Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper. For the garlic bread, this is what you will need:Trader Joe's multigrain sourdough bread with sunflower and sesame seeds
Butter or olive oil
Fresh garlic clovesPreheat the broiler for five minutes. Lightly butter or oil the bread slices. Crush and chop one clove of garlic for each slice of bread and sprinkle on top. You can also lightly sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the bread if desired. Place bread in a shallow pan and broil for a few minutes until top starts to turn golden brown. Watch carefully so bread does not burn. You will have a crispy top and soft bottom to your garlic bread. Here you have some great comfort food, but it is still healthy. Enjoy.

Some are hosted at home, while others take place at a predetermined location somewhere in town. Those girls with a fortune to their name can even take the festivities abroad, but that is more the exception than the norm!Despite the distinct differences, the majority of hens nights parties all have at least two things in common. The organizers of all these celebrations will have to send out hens night invitations, and they will have to purchase decorations. Even if the girls decide to go out for dinner, and have a few drinks at a pub afterward, they will still need a bunch of event-appropriate accessories to show the other patrons what kind of a fun night-out they are having. They want no trouble, just a whole lot of fun!Hens night, or bachelorette party invitations, should be sent out whenever the guest list has been completed and the activities are set. The invitations should contain the date of the function, the time and place where everyone should meet, as well as the cost. If extra expenses are anticipated, you can also suggest an allowance and any other useful information. Some bachelorette parties are themed, and your guests will have to know if they need to dress up.The actual invitations can be ordered from printers who specialize in classy, stylish and personalized hens invites, or you can craft them yourself. Any plain cardstock paper can be printed on a home computer, folded and stuck in an envelope. Depending on how much time you can invest in the cards, you can also embellish them with pictures of the bride-to-be, or any type of wedding- themed stickers or decorations.Send out the hens night invitations a few weeks prior to the event so every girl that wants to attend has plenty of time to collect her participation fee, make or rent a costume, and think of a few funny games to play.Aside from the invitations, hens night planners have to pick up an appropriate amount of decorations and accessories. While you are placing your order, make sure you also include the following items:

Printed and shaped balloons
A pack of deluxe Willy straws
Willy whistles for each participating lady
Willy bubbles
A giant inflatable Willy for the guest of honor
Bride-to-be warning boppers
A bundle of hot pink flashing sashes
